Code of Conduct and 0rganizational values

As an institution we exist on a certain set of ethos and values which help us execute our objectives. FAMILY

Being an initiative grown in an African society our most important purpose is family. We exist in a society that believes in the importance of an extended family. We are there to stand in for that brother, aunt or uncle and be that extended family hand. The orphans and vulnerable children within our societies all depend on us for that arm of help. At Tinovimba trust we act as that helping hand. We believe if we stand together as family towards the common goal of building the community can be achieved. Our family is you; our family is each individual from Negande, all joined towards a common goal community development

CARE

Our efforts are the product of emotional attachment both to the community and our beneficiaries. The people we give assistance to are the major stakeholders in our initiatives. Therefore, their voice and basic well-being is the core of our organization. We put time and research to identify how best we can make their lives better. At Tinovimba Trust caring is our generic drive in giving back to the community, we care about the orphans in our community the same way we care for the widows and single mothers. We care about education, the same way we care about vulnerable children who need our helping hands.

SUPPORT

Our efforts are collective in nature thus all depend on collaboration and unity. We believe the community is developed by its residents and thus explains our efforts on in-house projects. As a community both local and abroad our achievement all depends on the support of both the local and foreign, individual or corporation. Your partnership either as government representatives, individual or corporate ensures the success of our goal. A single hand can achieve so much but the power that is held by a set of hands can transform and change the community. We are open for partnership, and all are welcome to engage and interact with us
