Community Engagement and Partnerships
We aspire to anchor programs in the community and ensure that communities set their own priorities. We will work to significantly increase the proportion of projects initiated and managed by communities through increased involvement of communities in the program management cycle.
We acknowledge the role played by the Government and a range of other stakeholders implementing development programs and projects. At a higher level TINOVIMBA will promote synergies and collaboration between the government and non-governmental actors such as Nyami Nyami RDC. This will be achieved through participation in, and collaboration with the social services committee and any council business.
The organisation will establish good working relationships with local authorities and key government ministries at local level, through whom all interventions are delivered. Amongst a whole list of key partners to be engaged will include, but not limited to the following
VOLUNTEERS
We seek to retain dedicated volunteers and a small skilled motivated staff for the effective delivery of its work. The organisation will therefore have a Human Resource strategy to support human resources responsible for the implementation and delivery of this strategy.
Gender equality and inclusion will continue to be integrated in the organization to ensure gender balance in all positions and a family friendly, inclusive and discrimination free working environment.
