What we hope to achieve
As our vision clearly implies, we hope to alleviate poverty in marginalized communities therefore in line with our mission statement of collective progression we have set a few key guidelines. We understand how vulnerable children, orphans, widows and single mothers often suffer through poverty due to lack of support and we aim to be that helping hand through self-sustenance projects
Academic Assistance – We seek to academically empower the young people in the Kariba region through academic assistance
Career Guidance – We got a vision of creating young entrepreneurs among the young man and women of Negande, a task we hope to achieve through career guidance workshop
Infrastructural Development – Infrastructural development has always been at the core of our efforts, so we aim to assist in the construction and development of infrastructure of learning blocks to our designated schools(Nselelo Negande and Malembeja
Women empowerment – Women empowerment through home grown projects will be central in our efforts for both longevity and gender equality
Food Security – Food security will also be another of our vital efforts mainly among vulnerable children and orphans
Community development – Community development through moral and collaborative association is a task we aim to achieve as we push Negande towards economic freedom
Career Guidance
with the aid of trained career coaches, prominent business people as well as successful professionals. We aim to have continuous life coaching workshops, where we have young adults in these marginalized communities interact and share business skills with the elite. We believe in the power of networking and by creating forums such as these we achieve set goals towards community alleviation. So we invite all professionals in any field of expertise willing to partner with this initiative to engage us towards our shared goal
Academic assistance
through the help of our active volunteers and assistive relevant authorities we have identified, vulnerable children in need of academic assistance. Through our projects we aim to give these children a fair chance, we hope to provide learning material such as books, pens, uniforms, as well as school fees to those in special circumstances. We believe education plays prominent in the development of society and children are the future for a better and brighter tomorrow if only they are equipped today. With your assistance we can ensure our efforts of giving a chance to over 600+ students. This is coupled by a desire towards modern education, we have a drive that aim at ict based learning and with active partnership we can.

In our target communities, nearly 70% of primary school students fail to complete their education due to a lack of academic resources. Of these, a significant number are girls who, once they drop out, often face a future filled with poverty and limited opportunity.
Through our Academic Adoption Program, we invite you to be a part of transforming these young lives by supporting a child’s education. Whether it’s a single book, a uniform, or covering a student’s school fees for a term, your contribution can help change the trajectory of their future.
How to Get Involved:

self sustenance is key to the growth and development of every community and as Tinovimba trust we aim towards that goal. Entrepreneurial projects, like commercial gardening, fish farming, as well as poultry are small projects we hope apply at a larger scale. We want to teach the woman in Nyami nyami region how to create and sustain their own sources of income both for personal use and commercial growth. With large scale development projects, we can transform the lives of the individual as well as the community. Infrastructural development
Tied to our goal of community development and academic assistance, the Infrastructural setting of our designated schools happens to be in a devastating state. Due to natural causes and well as financial wellbeing of the community, the students of Negande primary have lost two classroom blocks. Nselelo and Malembeja are even in a worse state as they have never gotten that privilege to have functional block as they are forced to conduct lessons in semi collapsing shades. It is our goal to provide some form of productive learning environment from the the learning blocks to the toilet facilities. This vision will be complemented by solar systems to create better learning environments such as electricity towards an ict based education
